Training Yourself to Work at Home

If you are working from home, you might find this article from AllBusiness.com useful in helping you become more productive while working.

The problem when working at home is that you are your own boss, nobody is telling you what you should do and when, everything is up to you. The work setting is different that that in an office and you can be tempted by all the distractions around you.

I particularly like tips number two from the article: Listen to loud music during work time. Contrary to what loud music do to some people, it actually help me stay focus. I even leave the TV on sometimes without ever watching it.

It’s a relatively short article but a good starting point.
