ScanSafe unveils a search service called Scandoo that analyzes links from SERPs (Search Engine Result Pages) for malicious code, virus, spyware and other offensive or illegal content.

Currently it lets you search using either Google’s or MSN’s engine while Yahoo’s and Ask.com’s will be made available soon.

Scandoo works by displaying colour coded icons in green, yellow or red and black bug next to each search result to note safe, questionable and hazardous sites before you click the link.

There’s noting to install in order to use this service as it’s accessible directly via your browser.

Check it out here: Scandoo
