I'm just not sure what makes people tick who submit 400 stories a month to a website. If they're not getting paid already, they're mad - just making a bucketload of money for the people who own Digg. 

Netscape must be pretty confident that they can take on Digg if they're thinking of offering out $20,000 per month for content.</description>
