I think getting on the first page for a single competitive dictionary keyword is good enough. I would be hard-pressed if I try to achieve that today. Now it's up to Google if they want to rank me higher. I can get higher if you could get me links from freebie sites with PR5 and above hehe. But one thing I learn since 1998, you can't guarantee ranking. I agree.
