Other than using an anonymous surfing service, I’m not sure what else you can do to view the landing page. Perhaps you can write to your affiliate manager and ask him/her to include your IP in the allowed list?

I personally just add such offers based on the offer type and EPC.

yes – i agree with weirdoux. show new blogger a correct way to attract traffics other than content. Maybe from a link building strategies or SEO side.
