The business plan can provide clarity, vision and an end goal that should be distilled down to a daily action plan. Knowing the goals makes the boring daily tasks more tolerable. I think a lot of us get excitement by flying by the seat of our pants. Also, I think a lot of are not willing to commit to the ideas in a business plan.
