Performancing announced the release of Performancing Metrics, a web statistic tool for your website. The different between this and other web statistic tools such as Site Meter is that this one is actually aim at bloggers.
The setup is easy, just register to create an account and pick your code and paste it into your blog template.
Besides the normal statistics offered by other web stats tools, Performancing Metrics actually let you can track your blog activity such as post views, comments made, Adsense clicks, outgoing links and much more.
One of the neat things you can do with it is to get an idea of how people are finding your blog through search engines. You’ll be able see exactly what search engnes are refering, and to what page. This is the very feature which is lacking in the Site Meter free version that make it less attractive if you want detailed search engines statistics.
You can even get an RSS feed of your metrics so no need to login every now and then just to view your current statistics.
The service is currently in beta and is free to use. You can also add multiple blogs and track the aggregate data for your entire blog network. I know this’ll be handy to me when tracking my blogs traffic.
After you sign up, just be patience as it will take at least one hour, if not 2 or 3 for the system to begin showing data.
